Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Gold tier member with ৳20,000 in net losses for the week receives ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy
